UAE residents can now enjoy unprecedented flexibility with their rewards, thanks to a new partnership between Smiles and Etihad Guest.
Smiles, the everyday rewards super app from e& UAE, has teamed up with Etihad Guest, the loyalty program of the UAE’s national airline, Etihad Airways, to launch a fully integrated Rewards Exchange feature.
For the first time, members of both programs can link their accounts and instantly convert Smiles Points into Etihad Guest Miles — and vice versa — unlocking greater freedom to earn and redeem rewards across travel, lifestyle, shopping, and everyday services.
One Platform, Two Rewards Worlds
The Rewards Exchange is now live on the Smiles app, with integration on Etihad’s website and mobile app coming soon. Once accounts are linked, members can:
- Convert Smiles Points to Etihad Guest Miles to redeem on flights, cabin upgrades, hotel stays, vacation packages, and shopping at the Etihad Guest Reward Shop.
- Convert Etihad Guest Miles to Smiles Points to access 55+ lifestyle services on the Smiles app, from food and grocery delivery to home services, e& bill payments, mobile recharges, and exclusive deals across dining, retail, and entertainment.
This two-way system means customers can maximize the value of their loyalty currency — whether they prefer premium travel experiences or everyday essentials.
How to Get Started
Members simply need to open the Smiles app, navigate to the “Rewards Exchange” section, and link their accounts. Transfers happen instantly, making it easier than ever to use rewards where they matter most.
