Dubai’s coffee culture just got a serious upgrade. Nestled in the heart of Al Quoz, Julith is the city’s newest caffeine-fuelled concept — and it’s more than just your average coffee shop. This stunning new venue blends artisan roastery, brew bar, concept store, and social lounge into one immersive, beautifully designed space.
Where Coffee Meets Craft
At Julith, coffee isn’t rushed — it’s revered. Sourcing beans from some of the most remote and fertile corners of the world, each cup tells a story of origin, craftsmanship, and character. The man behind the magic? Serkan Sagsoz, Julith’s Head Roaster and a three-time Turkish Barista Champion, known for his mastery in coaxing complex, nuanced flavours from every batch.
Roasted in-house with meticulous precision, the beans at Julith are handled with care and intention — resulting in a cup that’s vibrant, layered, and truly memorable. Whether it’s the bold house espresso or a rare single-origin slow brew, every pour is treated as a moment worth savouring.
More Than a Coffee Bar
Julith’s coffee programme is a true experience, spread across three distinct brewing stations:
- Espresso Bar: Featuring three S65 grinders and precision scales for absolute consistency, this station serves both a signature blend and rotating single origins.
- Slow Brew Bar: Pour-over enthusiasts will love the V60 options, with the ability to upgrade to rare aged beansstored in a custom freezer built into the countertop.
- Rotovap Milk Programme: A standout innovation where water is removed from milk to create a naturally sweet, ultra-creamy finish.
Not a coffee drinker? No problem. The beverage menu features playful wellness-forward alternatives like Matcha Colada, Blue Matcha, Hojicha Latte, Tonka Fizz, and Sumac Lemonade — bold, refreshing, and thoughtfully crafted.
Food That’s Familiar, Yet Elevated
Julith’s all-day dining menu leans into comfort food — but with a refined twist. Expect elegant plating, balanced flavours, and ingredients that surprise. Highlights include the Julith Benedict, a hearty yet elegant dish built with braised beef cheek, crispy potato, and poached eggs, and the Julith Chicken Slider, featuring citrus mayo and oyster mushrooms for depth.
Designed to Inspire
Spread across two sun-drenched floors, Julith’s interior design is a study in contrasts — pale wood and polished concrete, industrial steel and soft navy textiles, all brought together by thoughtful lighting and natural greenery.
On the ground floor, guests are greeted by a glass-walled roastery and a vibrant coffee bar. A kinetic split-flap boardabove the counter rotates with personal affirmations, setting a positive tone throughout the day. The space also includes a concept store, curated with bespoke ceramics, sleek coffee accessories, and minimalistic lifestyle pieces that reflect the Julith aesthetic: functional, beautiful, and intentionally designed.
Upstairs, the lounge level is a sanctuary of calm, complete with private soundproof work pods available to book and a duplex-style seating area anchored by a gorgeous cherry blossom tree. Soon, this floor will also house Julith’s Omakase Room, where Sagsoz will personally host intimate tasting sessions and educational coffee journeys.
A Space for Coffee Lovers and Creatives Alike
Julith isn’t just another spot to grab your morning latte — it’s a place to slow down, connect, and experience coffee as a culture. It’s a space built for creative minds, curious palates, and anyone who values craft and community.
“We didn’t want to create just a café,” says Sagsoz. “We wanted to build a place where coffee is experienced, not just consumed. Dubai is more than ready for that.”
